Getting Started

If you’re wondering how to get a logo made, the first step is a one-on-one meeting, either in person or via Google Meet. We’ll ask a few key questions to better understand your business, goals, and design preferences. Being prepared with answers to the following questions will help us start strong:

  • What is your company/organization/product/service name?

  • How long has your company been established?

  • Do you have a current logo? If so, what don’t you like about it?

  • Do you have a company slogan that goes with your logo?

  • What is your company about and why was it established?

  • Do you have examples of logos you like or sketch examples?

  • What colors do you want to see in your brand?

  • Who are your competitors?

  • What sets your company apart from the competition?

  • How do you plan on using your new brand?

  • Do you have a deadline?

We may ask additional questions during the meeting to uncover your brand’s personality and key differentiators. Once we’ve aligned, we’ll walk you through the contract and payment process. We require 50% up front and collect the remaining balance upon completion.

Our Logo Design Process

If you’re still wondering how to get a logo made, here’s what it looks like in action. Strong logos aren’t built overnight—they take time, intention, and refinement. Our process typically takes about three weeks.

Breaking It Down

01.

Concepting & Sketching

fter our initial meeting, we spend the first two weeks researching, sketching, and developing 3–5 original logo concepts. This phase is all about creativity and idea generation.

03.

Final Delivery

Once the logo is finalized, we’ll deliver:

  • A high-resolution PDF of your logo

  • Multiple transparent PNG files in various sizes

  • A folder with your brand fonts

02.

Presentation & Feedback

Next, we schedule a critique session to walk you through each logo design. You choose a direction, and we provide two rounds of revisions. This is a great time to tweak colors, typography, or combine elements from different concepts.

04.

Bonus

As a bonus, we include a free double-sided business card design, created in the same thoughtful way. You’ll get several concepts, a round of revisions, and final print-ready files.

Need a Brandbook? Why It’s Essential for Startups and Growing Brands

A great logo is just the beginning — to build a consistent and memorable brand, you need clear guidelines on how to use it. That’s where a Brandbook (or Brand Guidelines) comes in.

Think of it as your brand’s rulebook. It defines exactly how your logo, colors, typography, and visual elements should appear across every touchpoint — from your website and social media to packaging and signage. Without this guide, your brand risks looking inconsistent and confusing your audience.

For startups and growing businesses, a Brandbook helps you:

  • Maintain visual consistency as your brand expands

  • Save time and money by avoiding design guesswork and costly mistakes

  • Empower team members and partners to use your brand assets correctly

  • Build trust and credibility by presenting a polished, professional image

We create custom Brandbooks tailored to your unique logo and brand personality, providing you with an easy-to-follow PDF guide that protects and amplifies your brand’s impact as you grow.

Please note: Brandbooks are available as an additional service and come with a separate fee.

A Brandbook isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s a foundational tool that supports every step of your brand’s journey.
