About the company

Acue-Tex Inc is located in Hubbard Oregon. They have thirteen machines on the floor specializing in injection molding, insert molding, and tool & die manufacturing. The company is known for building parts for the medical, dental, and veterinary industries.

Working with Nathan was great. He knew exactly want he wanted and all our meetings were straight to the point. Our mission was to build an eye catchy logo, business cards, and a company website.

BRANDING

Creating the Versoft Consulting logo was surprisingly a smooth process. The client wanted a 3D brand that was just as interesting as the Advent software logo. Our design team started with several wireframe concepts. After a few days of sketching the brand was recreated in CAD software. The uppercase “V” is modeled off the Helvetica typeface. It was heavily contorted to fit inside a spiral cylinder. We decided to use an Ocean blue in the brand because it symbolizes trust, loyalty, confidence, truth, and intelligence. These are all traits the Versoft team uses in their everyday practices.

The brand has been 3D printed and the same V icon can be seen from both sides. In April 2019 we made a legibility change to the brand. We opened up the top of the logo slightly so the uppercase “V” is more visible. Overall this created a better-looking emblem.

WEB DESIGN

The website has been through a lot of changes in the last couple years. In 2019 the site was information focused and used bold colors to offset short but dense text, highlighting their consulting services and training. In 2021 the site switched to a dark theme using nature backgrounds. This design choice is easier on the eyes and the photos provide a calming environment for clients. We also added a new section called VaaS. (Versoft as a Service) This section is a micro site found off the main menu with its own branding.

PRINT MEDIA

Versoft Consulting is an ongoing client. We recently just updated the overall look of the business cards and flyers. Each design uses a geometric line pattern. This represents all the connections made in the digital age.
